Wonderful photo and also very sad (to me). When I see the personal items like the clock and the crucifix, and also what was once nice furniture, I imagine that it was an elderly person who once lived here. Neat and quiet, but with no close family. I suppose that once he or she died or had to go to a home all of the personal effects were just left here in ruin due to some problems with the estate.
