Looks great^-^ I think that since Kiara is a little older than she was in the beginning of TLK 2, she has accepted her role.

I think Simba stood there in like a PTSD thing, where he remembers himself in the position of Kiara during the stampede. Nala, however has no excuse (I'm probably the only TLK fan in the universe who hates Nala)
And I think when Kiara was a pre-teen or so ( during TLG) she pretended to focus on being Queen to please her parents and bicker with Kion.

Well the real Simba would've done whatever he could to have saved her. Just watch near the end where Kiara tries to stop Zira from attacking Simba in the second movie and Simba jumps into action.
Oh, I would've like the climax of TLG more if Simba had at least tried to have saved her but due to his PTSD he becomes frighten but hugs Kiara and gently tells her that everything will be alright. Then I would've had either Kion or Fuli rescue the king and princess instead of Bunga.
Sure Simba's and Kiara's personalities may have been butchered but it still would've been sweet to have seen a little bit of their old father/daughter bond. <.<

Beautiful. All of it. I had hoped TLG would fill some of the plotholes SP dug, but so far it's only digging more. Granted, it has promise as a series, but I doubt it'll be regarded as canon anymore than the T&P adventures are.

Its very much a retcon of the second movie, the fact that includes Kiara suddenly having a brother who looks old enough to be her twin and who`s duty is to be the kingdoms protector ,but he wasn't there when Zira`s pride attacked makes it blatant and very obvious that its an alternate continuity.

Nala makes an excellent point in the middle one. I was thinking back to SP when Simba just stood there yelling 'Kiara!' while Kovu was the one to go try and save her during that scene in Lion Guard.

Yeap.Agreed.I really felt like making a parody comic myself about the scene that your second sketch depicts.It really bothered me that Kiara was ready to get trampled and Simba and Nala were just standing there staring...Mufasa certainly didn't do the same in TLK and even the Simba of SP had more sense in him - -

That scene really annoyed me to, I feel like Simba's personality has changed and they have shown him as a bit lazy and non-heroic like in TLK and SP!
