This emoticon really brought me a smile for it's cuteness.
The overall impression is great and effective, depicting a nice scene.
The shading is smooth and the outline defines the boundaries without being too strong.
What really caught my eye were the expressions. They are cute, simple and perfect for the situation, exactly what is needed for an emoticon.
The animation and the loop work fine but I would suggest to tweak the timings a bit. While falling down, Rho (the blue emoticon) should gain some speed.
Another thing that could have added to the final effect is an animation for Eph, the green emote. Moving it downwards slightly should enhance the overall landing effect.
I recognize you may have not done that on purpose though, in order to give it a stony grumpiness.
In the end it is a well-done emote born from a cute idea and realized with care.
