My newest heroine, I'll give a brief write up below.

-Basic Info-
Name: Gemfire
Alias: Rosemarie Belaire
Gender: Female
Age: 26
Height: 5'-5''
Weight: 140 lbs.
Hair Color: Blonde
Eye Color: Blue
City of Operation: N/A

-Powers/Equipment Weaknesses-
Powers: Gemfire has pyrokinetic based powers, she is able to generate a blue colored flame and manipulate it however she wishes, generally in the form of of fireballs or concentrated streams. She also has the ability to fly at moderate speeds roughly 30-45 mph.
Equipment: Gemfire's suit is made out of special material that is unaffected by her powers and also gives her moderate protection from gunfire and low temperatures.
Weakness: Rapid use of her powers will drain her stamina and she will be unable to generate flames. Another weakness is that she is highly susceptible to very cold temperatures which will reduce the strength of her flames.

Rosemarie (Rose to her friends) is a French geologist living in the U.S. She was studying a newly discovered gem, when the stone suddenly burst into blue flames upon being touched. Rather than burning Rose to death, the flames were absorbed into her body. Initially traumatized by the event, Rose took some time off from work to get her head straight. It was during a mugging she witnessed that she discovered her powers by promptly hurling a blue fireball at the would-be mugger. Rose later designed a costume and started her superhero career as Gemfire.
