fog + rain + clouds + snow + rocks = b/w pictureThe only colored thing in the picture was one yellow backpack, so turning it into a black and white didn't change too much. It was a nice experience having everything in black and white, which simplified taking b/w pictures.
No matter if you're ill or the weather sucks or you are tired or you want to eat chocolate cake: Forget about it, move your ass out of the house and take pictures!
Oh and please bring some of the chocolate cake along.

I've never been there in winter.
There weren't that many people around, because it was cold, wet and you have to climb a few metal ladders and wooden paths (very slippery)

Das Bild entstand aber in einem Flachstück.
Der genaue Standort ließe sich sicherlich herausfinden, ist mir im Moment allerdings entfallen.
In der Sächsischen Schweiz gibt es einige solcher Felsformationen.

When I first saw it I did think it seemed a little flat, but it kind of adds to the haze in the trees making everything feel damp and moody.
The edit looks good too though
