Wow. Haven't been very active on DA lately have I? *Nearly faints at the size of his unread messages box* x.x
Anyway, going to try and be a bit more active with my art now. Starting with this little number. I've been working on and developing Silent Storm for some time now, but a number of things have been holding me back. Mostly confidence, but a lack of time and skill had their part to play too.
So now University's over, I can finally get to telling my story. Hell, if it catches on, I may even make a slot on my (future) website for it. : D
Apologies for the lack of colour, but when it comes to comic-booking, I'd rather get the pages lined and inked, then worry about colour at a later date. I'd rather just get the story out into the open at this point in time. ^^
Anyway, hope you like. Page 2 is just around the corner (hopefully).

fantastic! my head hurts just looking at it.. but its got sum depth.. i donno if to look at it side ways or long ways.. or just make it spin. but my favorite is always the end picture, crufty! its a anthro! why the hell cudnt of it bin anthros?? we are monkeys for god sake! bald monkey! well, ill be going bak to working out how to rid the planet of the apes!

Ooh, this page is made of awsome, all those details. I can't imagine how long it must have taken you too draw all the small stuff. Also I love the wayit flows. I can't wait to se more.
One thing though. Can you make the page a bit smaller in full view? Its great for the details. But I ruins a bit of the overall feel.

Awesome stuff. I can't imagine how much time it took to get all this down - let alone get it organised! I particularly love the transition from sea to air to land; oh, and the broken moon - that's just cool.

Well, when I get the second page done (Which is more 'modern' history in anthroland) the first page will make a bit more sense ... hopefully. xD

Ohhh it was. Learnt a good technique from you tho, doing the pencil sketches for each page in a little thumbnail sketch first. That really helped. ^^

Oh wow, this is actually pretty kick ass! XD ...just the way the sentences are built and how I scroll across the screen to read more, and shift to the other side with the picture to accompany my eyes... as I wait to see the next sentence.
The layout is great!

Thanks! Gonna have the reverse of this layout on the other page, but with more 'modern' history.
A friend has offered to colour it in for me, so we'll see where it goes!

Awesome stuff love. You put a lot of thought and hard work into this page. hopefully you can keep that up with each page. But do not fret- it may take a very long time, but I'll be here to help you every step of the way.
glad my science brain meats also helped out.. 83 but you have done some excellent designs of your own here and your research is very well done.
It's a real shame you dropped the colour, but I can understand why. maybe in the future you can spend some time shading this and giving things texture in more detail.
