This is a picture I drew of one of my favourite support characters from TV animation series "All Grown Up" (A spin Off series of the Rugrats) is Harold Frumpkin who's a friend of Susie Carmichael & love interest of Angelica Pickles, even though Angelica doesn't love him in return, she does shown to care for him in episode "Ladies Man". I like Harold's good natured side and is friendly with Tommy & the gang.
