EDIT: they loved the design! However, some changes like he wears goggles with green lenses rather than a mask, the tentacles are black with lime green lining and Peter looks like a man feeling guilty for the things he's done and will do in the future to save his wife.

Concept art for and it's on it's most...darker version and at the same time...tragic version of one Peter Parker.

So, given how he has superhuman agility in this, I thought 'A Doc Ock that looks agile and not plump'.
When I began going through ideas, the short lived 'Superior Octopus' gave me inspirations and I set to work.
Now, with Peter, I looked at Steve Ditko's art for Peter when he had glasses and decided to age that up as a bitter adult man and it works. It really works.

Now, when I made the costume, I did originally just had him without the mask. However, I decided to give him the mask inspired from Superior Octopus but widen the eyes a bit, just to give off an 'Evil SPider-Man' vibe to him. They might or might not be impressed with the mask, so they have the goggles look in case they go for that instead.
I took the liberty to redesign the logo from the Superior Octopus suit as it's own thing but kept the white, black and green colours.
Speaking of green, I coloured the tentacles green and the design was the triangles from the raimi films and a bit like the PS4 game.

Originally, I intended to have him with six or eight tentacles but when I began, it was a hard task, so I kepted it at the simple four.
