Not exactly a threatening name, but since all the good shark names are taken, what can you do?
Anyway, I had thought about two concepts for this one and drawn both of them out.
One that is a mutant shark, and the other a scuba diver assassin whose suit resembles a shark.
I'm somewhat liking the costumed version, but what do you guys think? Which do you prefer?
Also, this villain will be connected to another villain...
