Description
A arms dealer raccoon who deals with the Stonedge Mafia mainly. She provides the firepower for the bulk of the Mafia’s members, the non-powered thugs and so forth. She uses some of those weapons herself, usually going out on jobs as a sniper. Not much else is known about her, besides her liking of bubblegum, though it is speculated she is a war survivor, and that is where she learned to use a gun and begun her business of dealing arms in the black market.

She is one of the Pillars, the highest ranking members of the Stonedge Mafia right after the leader, Gargoyle, and is often seen and partnered up with one of the other Pillars, Bitter Chill.

Finally added yet another entry to the Villain roster of Coast City, this time of the witty sharpshooter with a love for bubblegum and firearms, Towa! Hailing from the village of Adenia and sister to the superhero Halcyon, even if she does not know it personally.
