I like the idea of this photo, but it seems a bit dark to me (the bridge part in particular). I don't know if you've done that on purpose (I'm assuming you haven't done much post-processing) but personally (here we go again!) I would crank the gamma correction up to something like 1.5. I think it looks 10 times better like that, and because of the fogginess, lightening it so much doesn't make the other parts of the photo suffer. Composition-wise, having that much dark at the bottom might possibly have been okay, but for me the problem is that there is something there (the bridge) and I want to see it better. So in that sense it seems too dark. If that makes sense. But anyway, you probably don't agree but I thought I'd give you my two cents anyway. Excellent photo though (when it's lightened

hah, I'm now on a differentcomputer then before, and I found out that my normal editing computer's monitor has the brightness way up, so things look a lot brighter to me
But I will fix that right after this comment =]

I understand completely about the monitor thing! I use an oldish laptop, so you can imagine the trouble I have trying to decide if things are the right brightness/colour! And then when you use an unfamiliar computer you often don't even realise what the monitor is set to. Tricky business.
