Description 12 Different mockups intended for KDE4 window borders, widget themes and plasma themes.

I could keep making these all day, but it feels like a waste to have them all stuck somewhere on my harddrive when I'll never have the time to realize half of them *cough*unlessigotpaidtodoit*cough*. So I'm posting them here so you can use them as inspiration (I can send the source .svg) or whatever. I numbered them to keep commenting sane

#2 is really interesting to me. I had an idea like that forming but never actually coming entirely into my mind. I really wish someone would actually pay you alot to get this stuff made

yeah me too , #2 was inspired by an old (kde3 I think) theme. It could probably work quite well combined with #1, just saying

Hmm, there's alot of possibilities with #2... I would ask for the SVG but I don't use inkscape or any vector forms. All GIMP. Maybe it would be a good idea to learn inkscape though right? Anyhow, I'm thinking it would be possible for an emerald theme to be made out of #2.

It's possible to import SVGs into gimp (as bitmaps). You should definitely learn inkscape though, it's the best FOSS graphics tool out there . And yeah, an emerald theme would probably be possible

Did some tests with the idea right after I made it, problem is that the task background (glow on top) won't look very good on side or top panels, I'll try to notify the devs of this
