My piece for Damien-c's awesome contest!

This is my first digital painting. Outlined by pencil and marker, scanned and coloured in photoshop.
I went for a more cartoonish kind of look cause thats the easiest (or at least possible to realize with a mouse) way to do a digital painting for me...

after an atomic explosion: The people try to reach a better place, one guy has a map, the other jod tabletts (against cancer) and there is even an undamaged boat to reach a better place... on the left side is the shadow of a man "burned" into the wall...

ohh and I've hidden a in the picture If someone finds it he gets a virtual cookie
