i agree.... Tom wasnt so good in that film because he was more wapanese than i am. I also tend to dislike people who get given an oppertunity like that on a plate. for example, his character and that dipstick from F&F: Tokyo Drift. I had to work my ass of to get here XD

lol, yeah I know. Speaking of F an' F, I didn't even really like Tokyo Drift all that much. But Tom Cruise seems to get parts that would be better off done by an actor of that nationality. I saw him in Valkyrie, that WW2 movie. It was good and all, but seeing Tom Cruise playing a German commander was kinda weird. He didn't even have the accent, and all the other actors were German. I think he was the only American on the entire cast.

yeah, i saw that and i know what you mean. it's like the movie 'enemy at the gates' another WWII the leading parts were given to (then) rookie actors, they used no russian accent, whereas thos older, more experienced actors did have. sounded weird

Enemy at the Gates was pretty good, but you're right. It had the same problem. Rachel Weisz is actually part Russian so I donno why she didn't pull out some awesome accent because she prolly could too. She's a pretty good actress but Jude Law being in there was ridiculous. And there camee a point in that movie when they just gave up on all historical accuracy too.

the samurai is a poster of 'the last samurai' i edited. the text i wrote on parchment, then i took a photo. combined as two layers in CS4 and used 'colour dodge' as blending on the text
