The original sculpts are made from sculpey and from there I make molds of off the pieces and pour resin in the molds. So they're plastic just like any figure.

i see...so its resin better than sculpey? ...and does sculpey deteriorates with the time?

Resin is plastic so yeah it's better and won't break if dropped. I don't know if sculpey deteriorates honestly.

I'm curious, do you color the resin when it's melted or do you buy colored resin?
I'm interested in making some resin figures of some of my own characters but i have no idea where to start.
It would be awesome if one day you could do a tutorial on how you do things, even if it's not related to megaman legends (in case you don't want to risk not sellig your figures, which in my opinion are the best damn things i've ever seen in my life).

Thanks I'm glad you like them. I add dye to the resin to make it the color I want but I still paint over it.

You two have done it again. I just got back from a lousy day at work and teh second I saw Bon, it mad me smile. The articluation is crazy- I almost feel like he could start walking around the top of my desk.

I thought it over, and after considering my increased work hours, recovering the funds that would be spent on this figure would be recovered would be easily done in a few days... So I've put an order down for Bon.
