MEDEON - Pokémon matriarch(Evolution of EEVEE)
When several Eevee hunt together, it is not uncommon to meet a Medeon. Medeon projects a protective aura through his third eye, to calm and tie his pack of Eevee.

I imagined this Pokémon with the principle that it was necessary to create an evolved version of Eevee, but keeping its Normal type.
Obviously, this evolution is quite complicated and requires 3 criteria to evolve:
- you need a "Lucky Egg".
- Evee must have its happiness rate to the maximum.
- it must be evolved during the night.
