You've got a few dust spots here and there... which is a typical thing, I know. I've got a few myself and it can... it can ruin a shot, somewhat.
I like how the monotone conveys the atmosphere and mood of this piece. The bird... I feel as if it's flying towards us rather than away, but that is just me.
Perhaps you could crop this into a square, though I think it works fine as a landscape piece. I like the clouds... and how it feels as if they're the line that one shouldn't cross, in a sense.

Probably all the people on the beach were thinking: "crazy girl" but my sister was with me and then I'm always crazy
but now..about the photo...I'm going to crop it right now and if it's better I will change the file
