I needed to make a gemsona :INot "wanted", needed. I almost hate it when I start obsessing over cartoons >.>
Anyway, here we have Citrine, a gem from Homeworld. I most likely will do nothing with her, I just like designing stuff (even if I'm not that good shh). Any help deciding which color scheme to use? I like the one with red more, but I don't want it to resemble Jasper's color too much :I EDIT: Thank you, guys, for your thoughts! I settled with the 2nd color scheme :>
I have a request for you guys. Do gemsonas, please. I want to make fusions SO BADLY. Or request any fusion, really, I can't get enough of them ; A ;
INFO on CITRINE (the gem)
Name: Citrine (in RL also known as Merchant's Stone, Success Stone, Citron)
Crystal meanings: success, abundance, personal power
Chakra: most commonly associated with Solar Plexus Chakra (located on naval/just above it)
Birthstone of August and Virgo
In the mental arena, Citrine enhances mental clarity, confidence, and will power. Citrine is a fabulous stone to use to combat negative energy of any kind by breaking them up and dissipating them. Citrine also does not absorb any negative energies from its surroundings, and thus never needs energetic clearing.
Yeah, the personal power and being successful is what helped me decide on Citrine. The flip side is that when I can be mentally pretty tough, I've had problems with negativity within myself and have struggled with that shit. Also, I'm not the cheerful type, nor the nice one.

I really like the name Vesuvianite, but I think Chalcopyrite fits better. It can be crystallized like a quartz, like Citrine is, but it has copper which is part of Erinite. It's a perfect match, I think :>
Is it okay if we both make our own designs of the fusion and then show them to each other? Then we can compare and decide on the best elements and stuff.

It's cool that we both decided on 2 pair of hands, and I at 1st was thinking on 2 pair of eyes, too, so if it's okay to you, maybe we'll make that the final form body-wise?
And I think that we estimated the height of Chalco pretty much the same (I sort of thought that both Cit and Erin are around the height of Lapis).
It's not terribly in any way, it's totally awesome and I love it! Although, it is a win to draw so well while lying on a couch, I admit.

ngl I was pactually pretty happy with the weapon, and the blades are connected by chains that can extend to whatever lengths
I don't mind either way for the eyes, I mainly went for two because of the theory of multiple eyes being derived from how the gems see each other/define the reason for them fusing. Like Rainbow Quartz people think she had the extra eyes because Pearl and rose see each other in different ways, and Sardonyx or Sugilit can be how garnet, pearl, and amethyst have different reasons/opinions on their fusion, while Opal has only one because Amethyst and Pearl tend to fuse her because of one purpose? heh sorry I love fusion theories

I would be very glad to use your weapon design, it does look cooler - and is way easier to understand than whatever I did - and like I said, I really like it.
Oh, I've read that theory, and I like it a lot! I also like the theory about 'worse the relationship the more monstrous the fusion'. But yes, I like doing theories a lot, and especially on fusion on SU :>
There wasn't any information on Erinite's personality, so I just did something I liked for the fusion (which is doing multiple arms). although, I would believe they fused for different reasons, so 2 set of eyes would make sense if we'll follow the theory on that.

I like the idea of Rutile Quartz fusion. Also it's nice you used my outfit idea. The gem placement is better too, the upper part of belly.
But I liked the 4 arms and 4 eyes idea. Also chains should be more like tape than chains, you was right - it's not a part of our gems. I added a tape on leg, added hands and pants accesory, also edited ending of chain on weapon - in my version it's a sharp dagger, because I decided to make Tiger a neutral, so star don't fit. There is my version sta.sh/01ef2mgnqjgk but bad quality... ;_;
And of course, I want to find our perfect fusion, but my replies may be late as hell

those are leggins if they were a skin pattern they wouldnt have been as straight so as to actually represent rhodochrosite OuO the cheeks are a skin pattern tho
