Dude, if I looked like you I think I'd have babes all the time! I wouldn't feel alone. Or maybe I would. Maybe your loneliness is derived from the fact that these women can never really understand you... tortured artists and all that.
Eh.. either way, I love this shot. It really does evoke that feeling of loneliness. It could also be interpreted as a scary picture due to the dark surroundings and the mist in the distance.
I love that silhouette and the light from the background coming in from the mist. Really awesome shot!

i love the mood and colours used in this.
it makes me think of how loneliness seeps in and controls the mind and about how loneliness is uncertain and can lead to different things.
Also, i think that the man would like to die, but is uncertain seeing as he's walking on the road, but to one side. like if he walks even a step to his left, he'll die, but if he steps to the right he will be saved. Like an alternative.

Beautifully emotive. I feel this way a lot of the time too- I think it's perfectly human to feel alone....in a crowded room.

The lighting here is excellent. The picture doesn't make me feel cold, though... I think the yellow feels warm. Maybe it's partly because I'm an only child and am used to spending time by myself.
Speaking of the yellow, did you use Photoshop to get that coloring, or were you using some kind of camera filter?

Well, I guess is somehow human to feel this way...but you should remember that precisely in those moments you feel alone is when you are most surrounded by the ones you know...or those you'll get to know someday...
This guy that walks alone is not alone anymore as I think, 'cause while we see him go further through his path, we are standing near him...

wow the emotion is like over welming in this picture, the olive green tint adds so much.
I might have tried to put the person in the more shadowy side to add to the alone feeling, but then u might have had to reposion the camra for the shot and that is such a cool posion

This reminds me of the James Dean pin up... it's not only the walking, hands in pockets... but the feeling of solitude in a very open, interfering world-- makes you vulnerable as well.
