I did this quite a long time ago, however, I'm uploading it now, mainly because I have just been touching up the lighting on it to print..
Scottie, if you dont know is my TB x Welsh x Connie 36 year old veteran.. He was 30 in the photograph (though obviously edited lol)

He looks amazing! If you didn't mention that he was 30 in the description, I would have guessed him to be like 10 or something haha. Kudos to keeping him so fit and healthy

That's "Diffuse glow", I'm guessing?
What makes this pic really cool is the 'everyday' nature of the original horse photo. It really does seem that someone has just taken a snap of a unicorn!

Nope!
I did a duplicate layer, added a small amount of blur, then did a 'soft light' which was the only effect used! I think i toned back the under layer a little but that's all!
Give it a try, it is a fantastic effect and much softer than diffuse glow!

Ooh, good idea! I think I used this once ages ago for digital painting with stars, but I'd completely forgotten about it.
