This is a rough sketch i did in HB and charcoal. It took about 10 minutes.
As you can see it is quite rough and unfinished. This is just how i practice and freehand

That would take me probably twice as long even now when I'm more familiar with horse anatomy. I really love the bone above the eye; I never get that right all the way.
