NOTE: There technically are ways around this. One way is if there soul is already owned by someone else. Meaning if the owner of the soul brings them back, then they could be brought back. Another way is if Lucifer destroys the contract that made them an Overlord. However, that one is unlikely to happen. However, his has granted his children to go to Earth, an example would be Lucy (Helltaker). The third way to bring them back is by a powerful wish granting item. Examples of that would be the Super Dragon Balls or the Greatest Treasure (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger). Things like the normal Dragon Balls or even the powers of Wish granters like Jirachi or Genie can't bring them back however. Lastly if a God of Death like Hades or Anubis allow that soul to be brought back. But that one is VERY unlikely to happen.
