Hmm, this one actually didn't work for me.  I believe it's because of the composition and model choices.  I believe that the woman in black is supposed to be the Mad Hatter(?) and is seemingly guiding Alice someplace lurid that she is most certainly happy to be led to.  Nothing wrong with the concept, but I actually feel that the model playing Alice has a look that would have made her more suited for the character in black, while the Hatter here actually looks more like an "Alice" type.  Her features and expression just don't seem to match the scene as well and I can imagine her being more suited to wearing the Alice outfit.

As for the composition issue, it is really a matter of preference I guess.  Using the natural look of the bushes, stone wall, and other landscape is not a poor choice because the lack of more vibrant colors draws my eye to the subjects of the piece in the center, but it also tends to make the rest of the shot a little forgettable.  There's a little color in the leaves above, but I was really straining to look for some colorful flourishes throughout to help pull the subjects and backdrop together for a fully realized synergy of everything in the pic.  Maybe a few pastel flowers or some other items with similar coloring to the outfits that the ladies are wearing may have created a throughline to pull this piece together better.  But, as it is, the women contrast a bit too much to the point that they don't seem to belong.  Contrasts and juxtapositions are great tools to use, but I didn't feel that it worked all that great here.

As always though, the technical qualities of this piece were great.  The lighting, resolution, and such aspects were fine.
