You're one of the best artists I've seen in a while. This seems kind of.. Lovecraftian.

It's a moonflower paradise over there and those birds look like owls. Glad to see owls in your painting cause i love them.

has a strange vibe in it. from the thumb i thought it was of a sea side alien culture with flying craft all over the place and weird spires. but i was suprised when i got it ionto full view with the variety of aliens of whatever they are, floating around
very imaginative and kinda trippy .
reminds me of some of James Gleasons work, an australian surrealist artist. check out some of his stuff if you get the chance..
this reminds me of one of his works called "the arrival of implacabal gifts"

wow -- the control over the oils is superb.
I really appreciate the softness of the scene colors against that of the yellow sky -- it made the piece a stand out for me...I look forward to more.
