BRILLIANT! Everything about it... the perspective really brings a sense of claustrophobia to the viewer like you often feel in big big cities -even although they can be sooo impersonal... or the claustrophobia of a failed relationship...
I love the black & white - it gives it a 70s VOGUE air about it... Tres chic!

I suppose it's wicked of me, but I almost expected a comment that the other person was stuffed in that travel case. 
Beautiful shot, I like the way you've given her such a lanky, flowing height without compromising her natural elegance. It also works well with the construction of the buildings looming over her as though ready to pounce and keep her.
