Excellent, my first zombie sale goes to the amazing Dragon Moon Press!I've updated this guy with a lot more detail as he's now going to grace the cover of a Dragon Moon Press book entitled 'The Complete Guide to Writing Horror Volume 1' , he needs to look at least a little cover-worthy imo

This is such a striking character his skin has outstanding sub surface scattering. The back lighting gives the painting a great mood and pop this image. I really like this painting

You'd be surprised actually, this didn't take a huge amount of time. I started with a black page and just noodled until it started forming something.. that's where the details finally came in

Intriguing concept, I like the not knowing the relationship between the creature and the tendril-like shapes- is it ensnared? is it growing in the tendrils? Great texture/design on the head.

Good questions! I love doing this kinda image where it's really up to the viewer what they see, it's all so vague and ambiguous.. a bit like my brain
