If only Sid had got in the middle of it a bit more to solve the confrontation between Diego and Manny to talk this point in a calm manner. From the expression on his face, he is the only one who seems calm/not upset. Manny does have a point about Diego betrayed his family and got him and Sid involved but he seems quite riled up after getting the necklace. (Who wouldn't be if it was made from a deceased love one?) However, once Diego decided to spare the baby and hs friends, he didn't have much choice. I hope that didn't sound too critical. I seem to like analyzing various points in stories/movies.
Interesting twist in the plot. Nice emotional bit here. Poor Sid is speechless and caught in the middle.

I wonder if you see Diego feel guilt for his betray in any sequel movie?
I never see any sequel, but I guess he didn't,
and even talk about that.

I think he does feel bad but does not mention it. He seems to get less dialogue/involvement in the plot in the sequels.

wow, Manny sure shows he is angry here, Good point too Diego could have just not led them to half peak and avoided the whole confrontation! And Soto would not have been killed.
At least now Diego is showing signs of being upset about Soto's death, which he sure didn't in the movie.

in my own version, of coures Diego was very guilt...
that never show in the movie....
