I am standing 30 feet away and 2 feet below her which is why the focal plane is not perpendicular to her and makes it feel like a tilt shift lense

Practice and trial and error of the 30 I took in that spot only 20 are in focus. Lol.

50mm lens at f1.2 no other effects no photoshop other than general clean-up

Gotcha. Incredibly shallow DOF is hard to master for portraits. Talent!
