I might try to do a similar picture using Poser. I know it's a common pose for female models and especially nudes, but there's something about the simplicity of the image that stands out. I think part is the pale skin of the model and the similarly neutral beige of the wall behind her. There's also how her breasts hang that almost suggests movement or gravity despite the model appearing otherwise static. Something in my brain says if she's standing still then her right breast should hang slightly to the outside like her left one and not appear so rounded and head-on. But the tilt of her shoulder and upper-torso could be causing the left breast to actually hang more toward the right. (And setting the shoulder and hips at different angles give a more dynamic pose.)
