Art is in the eye of the beholder. I am not so arrogant as to make that decision for someone else. I would only be telling you what I like. In my opinion it is art or at least artfully done. It was conceived, executed and processedwith the singular goal of being a beautiful representation of a beautiful person. I consider it successful. How you interpret it from there is entirely up to you.
