new saiyan for universe x villainverse..again: rook! he's an ex-soldier that turned rogue when the general refused to launch an attack on another planet to avenge his friends and he gets stuck with demonic energy at some point and causes a bunch of chaos b/c of itit may seem as though i havent been making v many ocs lately but i’ll let u in on a little secret: ive been literally doing almost nothing but making oc turnaround sheets for the past couple weeks and i have at least 10 waiting to be lined and colored but im waiting to finish them all before i do any of that
