Don Donald 1937:Because 313 is laughing about Donald and arrogantly (in my opinion) thinking, she was the reason Daisy left him, Donald throws the horn right into 313s face.
I don't know, how much force he must have used, causing 313 to get on its back tires, but seeing that scene it looks in my opinion (if the horn wouldn't be there) as if 313 is trying to stand up on her back tires, as if she'd like to walk on them...
