Yes off course. On the russian community there are savegames with all conclusions. I wonder how that will affect Witcher 3. Its Yennefer. And yes its a tough choice. From one side-his true love from the books, the over-the one who was by his side all two previous games. And all that courtesans and other girls LOL

i made 2 saves with each a notpade file including details about the save like :
***** a save sided with Non Human:
1- sides with Non human (left his Human friend Rouch and side with the elf Iorveth)
2- the witch Phillipa ellehart lost her eyes and escaped
3- the witch Siela Tdotsony died by explossion transfer dimoned
4-king henselt lost his war with vergen
5-Sasckia now Queen for the Non human Upper Adein lands
6-Letho the assassin of the kings killed by Geralt
7-Triss Merygold save by Letho
8-Geralte never made any connection with Triss like promising staying with her for ever
***the save Siding Human:
1- sides with Human
2-still with Triss
3-hensslet king of kadwins Lives and wins the war against non human
4-Siels the witch lives and escaped by receiving help from the witcher (placing the right diamond to teleport)
5-the Dragon died killed by witcher
6-Letho the assassin of the kings lives by a choice made by the witcher
7-Rouch left with King Foltest's daughter to protect choice made by the witcher
