Appearance:
  Yan is very tall for a N'ihe, although his build is less lanky than one would expect as he is fairly strong- this sometimes causes others to think he is actually an Ibyu. He is covered in reddish freckles on his human part, especially on his cheeks, shoulders, and chest. His hair is very long and fluffy and soft to the touch and frizzes horribly in humid air, the same goes for his fur. Yan also covers his eyes with his hair as he is uncomfortable with others seeing the green talisman he wears on his forehead, plus he is embarrassed of his freckles. One of his long curved antlers, the left one, is snapped off close to the base, after the first prong.

Despite his large size, Yan is almost the perfect embodiment of the phrase "gentle giant" with his very non-aggressive nature. He tends to stay away from crowds and on the outskirts of any festivals that are held, preferring not to draw attention to himself nor stir up trouble. Despite this, he is still very inquisitive and likes to learn and discover things, although he often backs out from such adventures out of fear of the unknown.

In his everyday life this N'ihe prefers the company of the local flora and fauna over most other taurs, but will still enjoy his time with more gentle and relaxed others. When faced with aggression or yelling, he becomes very skittish and easily startled and will quickly find a way to get out of that situation- even simply sprinting walking away without saying anything. Yan himself barely gets angry with others as he doesn't see the point, but will inwardly become upset at himself whenever he runs from his problems or avoids conflict.

History:

Born and raised in Aleesi, Yan grew up with a quiet mother and an overbearing father who was never someone he wanted to be around. He was loud, unpleasant, and far too into himself which created tension between the rest of the family and him. Like many, Yan was an only child and he took heavily after his father in appearance but not much in personality where he was very much so like his mother. As he grew older he decided he wouldn't let his father push his mother and him around so he began to stand up to him which resulted in much fighting between the two of them. By his early teens he was as tall has his father and they butted heads, sometimes literally. As he reached the age of 17 he finally made a stand against his father and got into a major fight with him, both physically and verbally and ended up getting his antler snapped off which ended the fight abruptly. Yan was so angry he just left his parents and began to travel, determined to not run into them again if he could help it.

During his travels he took an interest in growing plants and fruits and decided that's what he would do with his life- be a gardener.

Extra Information: Uncomfortable showing his eyes, collects seeds from all provinces, left antler is broken, the thing on his forehead ins't an eye, it's a talisman (the string is had to see because of his eyebrows sorry OTL )
