Another piece I guess I never uploaded (I suspect it's safe to now, as DragonCon has come and gone.)This was commissioned back in July by the folks of FWA ( [link] ) for use on the interior cover adspace in DragonCon's convention book.
FWA's theme this year is Safari, so I figure... what would furries go see on safari? ;]
I was sort of hired on last minute and only had a couple of days to get the piece done. I wish I could have had a bit more time to work on it, but, I say that about most things.

If you had more time to work on this, it would have turned out so spectacular as to permanently blind all who laid eyes upon it. Let's be thankful for small favors.
My favorite part is the rabbit (or is it a hare?). I just love his facial expression, the colors, and the fact that he's wearing a bright yellow Hawaiian shirt!

I really love this piece, it has so manny charming features
like the guys in the truck, they are so unique and very cool looking, especially the rabbit with the camera. The jeep, the background, the fur on the lions arm, very well done! But the best is the thought that was put in the oryx-like dragon, the wings are leathery yet fur-like and the best part is the dragons belly, it is very sleek and is the perfect combination of mammal and reptile so convincing. Great work with his overall anatomy! I love this piece. You are very talented.

Two minor observations :
- Most African countries use right-hand drive vehicles.
- You are more likely to safari a Land Cruiser than in a JEEP in Africa.
But, ofcourse, these are technicalities. The picture is good enough and quirky enough for applause

You used to be able to buy jeeps in america for like, 50 bucks. Provided you were ready to scrub all the preservative jelly crap off.
