Thank you again, Daniel. He does have that interesting sort of look to him, doesn't he? I'm just glad that the person I painted him for liked this bird so very much.

You are very welcome Angèle, de rien J'ai lu l'histoire de 33M, c'est émouvant et c'est un très beau cadeau que tu lui as fait.
I love these graphism for little movies for children and I love birds too, I am always a child, I love to look at birds eating in my garden and hang little wood houses nests outside on my walls. Each year there is little birds and I am just very happy... My wife often say "Artists are always childs" I agree Β

I must agree with your wife, as well. When I was young, I always felt too old, and now that I'm older, I feel as though I have never grown.
Maybe, as artists, this is just how we have to see the world!

I think that's awesome. I like how you gave it depth.

Merci. I liked using the board to give it depth. It's very nice painting on an already textured and coloured background.

Many thanks, dear Frank! It's a style of art I enjoy, and M's been such a great support here at DA.

How wonderful is this....He looks just like the little bandit that the chickadee is, they swoop in fast, grab the little peanut and are gone before you
even know it...I have downloaded the png from this page for the front page of my computer...I really appreciate this very very much and it
was so kind of you to think of me....My brother Mike loved the little birds...When he was small he built dozens of little nests and then went
looking for baby birds who fell out of their own nests to give them a new home in his well crafted home made nests....I have very good memories of
that time of innocence and youth

Thank you so much

This is a type of style that I really enjoy. I'm so glad you liked him.
Your brother sounds like such a kind soul. My sister and I were always bringing critters home, but he went above and beyond building those nest. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful story.

My brother is now out of his mind and has little control over his
muscles, but the nurse told us that yesterday as he was throwing himself
against the walls and had to be gently restrained by staff, he patted the
nurse on the back as she was hugging him to settle him down...This kind of
action best describes my brother, that even in the face of all confusion and
loss of memory, the kindness towards people still remains in him

That's so sad to hear. But how wonderful that his kindness shows through, even in such moments. I've said it before, but everything you tell me just shows how amazing your family is.
