I've had this sitting around, for ages, and i mean a month.I do love Monet from one piece, and for a bad guy she was pretty damn lovable. And look at her body! She has wings and harpy feet. And it's not a devil fruit!
I have a lady crush on her, if you haven't noticed.
Monet belongs to Oda with the rest of one piece cast.

I always assumed it was an experiment that Caesar done on her personally, because law could have just ripped her legs and arms off if they were Law.
