This peice was inspired The TMNT animated that was regreadibly cancelled in 2003. dawm those sales figures, This peice was drawn by myself(Mark Feltham). Inked by Steve Sprayson(Oshawa Inker.deviantart.com) and the butifully coloured by Leif. Thanks guyswe love those heros in a halfshell

Nice pic... But the series (which began in 2003) was actually "canceled" in 2006. Actually, it wasn't canceled exactly, just f**ked over. The new board of censors freaked out after seeing recent episodes, that it was too "intense" for children and forced the production of a dumbed-down bastardization of a show we knew and loved, dubbing it "TMNT: Fast Forward" -- not a horrible childrens' show, but nowhere near as mature or badass as the 2003 cartoon.

Nevermind on my post. I read the comments. It's the Dreamwave comic that was cancelled. Sadly, in my youth I was never introduced to the original turtles comics... Nothing but that Archie turtles crap. Even as a kid, I disliked the archie comics version of the turtles. It wasn't until recent years that I even learned there was something more than just the Archie series. I'm trying to get into the original comics now, but that means finding them. Sorry for the ranting; I'm trying to learn more about the turtles. Great art, hope you're have a great week!

"paste side?" Anyway, that's a shame. I loved how they used Miyamoto Usagi and Gen, and also even brought Leo to their world, introducing Tomoe and Lord Noriyuki. Or so I've heard, since I've only seen Usagi's Battle Nexus appearance. I also saw some pictures and read info online about how they remade a Michaelangelo Christmas special comic into a Christmas special in the show, adding Usagi at the end (strange, but welcomed just to see the rabbit). Anyway, I saw advertisement for "Fast Forward," which is apparently the current story arc of the cartoon. Doesn't look too appealing...

Your pencils are a lot cleaner and neater than my stuff. Would you wanna do some pencils, and I'll take over with ink, or would you rather pass something back and forth with each of us adding to it? OR! We could each do a piece, and then trade, and see how the other finishes it. That... would also be fun.

actually i was think this. You draw up your favorite turtle. witch ever one it may be. On a single sheet a paper. keep the background open for me to put one in. Then you pass you illustration over to me I'll then put in what ever turlte I choose in the background or what ever you decide where you have put your turtle in. Then After I'm done I'll pass it on to you to ink it up. And if you like. pass it back to me and I put some computer colour into it

I love the turtles so anything that has to do with them I am ultra critical. I love this one. Hence why it is a favorite of mine. You did really good with em. I still remember bein a kid and lookin foreward to the turtles every day. Yay I get to look at em everyday again.

It was a large inspiration to me as well, as you can simply tell. I have to tell you though, they can be very challenging sometime to draw. I think it's because of those large shells on there back. If there not angled right the whole image is ruined. I think that is another thing why I enjoy drawiing them as well. there challenging
