I used metallic paints, so the eyes and the moon flash at you when you walk by... It's pretty neat, but hard to get a picture of

Oooh, sexy! I love love love his wings! Oh, man. I wish I could see this in all of it's metallicy, reflectivy glory. The photograph is still awesome, though.

It sounds intriguing, actually! I really like where this character is going. He reminds me a bit of Howl from Miazaki's "Howl's Moving Castle." And I like the fairytale element, too! It's kind of dark. The dark fairytales were always my favorite. 
I'd very much be interested in seeing this character again. I hope you keep him around!
