I actually designed her (and her twin) before Sweet Song but I didn't have their bios done. I still don't have their bios done but I quickly put together a couple, so they may look a bit unfinished.

Species: “Earth” Pony, actually a pegasus without wings.

Personality: Dust Cloud is a determined mare with big ambitions. Ever since she was a filly, she had an affinity for clouds, and has longed to be able to fly when she pleases and get a job in weather management. After hearing the story of Wind Sock, an earth pony who made artificial wings in order to fly with the Wonderbolts, she gets inspired to do the same thing- and maybe even making the process more streamlined, so more ponies can use prosthetic wings.
The voice of reason for her twin brother, Horizon. She puts him in his place.
She puts on a tougher exterior, though really she’s a big softie. She’s a bit of a romantic.
