Struggled with her design for a while, but I hope everyone likes it!

Rarity Bella (Rarity Belle)
Species: Earth
Special talent: Finding gems / creating fashion
Cutiemark story: Rarity loved making clothing. It was harder for her since she was an earth pony, but she always worked hard to see it through. One day, she wanted to make costumes for a play going on at her school, and wanted to add some sort of dramatic flare to them. She went out for days, trying to look for gems to add as decoration. She was about to give up, but a sonic rainboom signaled her to a horde of gems, and she was able to rush home and make the costumes in time.
