protector of marine life everywhere! he walks on land, as well!believe it or not, i had to make this for work. they wanted 10 dugong pictures, each depicting said dugongs doing various things. so i decided to draw him as a samurai. errr, yeah. maybe i'll post the rest when i'm not so busy.
i believe this is my first traditional japanese-y drawing on deviantart. i think. yeah, i know, the otaku in me shows. shurrup!

okay, and i just saw dugong at sentosa the other day. so now i'm imagining it in a kimono. that is so not right.
but this is too good! i can even hear the "waaaaaa DOK!" strictly-japanese sound. don't know how else to describe it. i hope you know what i'm talking about.
