Description Frontierland Fourth issue in Walt Disney World's 30th Anniversary

This was a project of [The Bradford Exchange Plate collection Walt Disney World's 30th Anniversary].

Mickey & Minnie stood in front of the each popular gates. As you could see the year was for 30th Anniversary, which was sculpted long ago, I made the prototype and colored product comparison for my record. It took about 10 days sculpting for each Disney plate.

The plate was partially high relief and 3D character in angle, the gate needed to smoothly fit the background of heat trans-printing plate visually in printing designs and also the assembling structure.

Preste bem a atenção: EU NÃO TE COBRAREI NADA.
Me ajude ai?

Yes, it ended up selling in the stores. I make prototypes for living. Especially licensed sculptures.

I have not seen even one person in all my days who could sculpt this well. I'm impressed more and more with each post

Thanks a lot for your kind words.
It's a work of self challenging in sculpting.
I believe taking more time to make it right and better is important.
This series was one of my favorite, the most difficult point was the background frame. It looks easy but almost killing me in calculation for the casting and the fitting of a printed plate.

These are all so wonderfully detailed!
Do you ever bake pieces and then work on them afterwards once they are hard to get such clean, sharp edges?

My sculptures normally go in and out of the oven more than 10 times, in parts, in whole when necessary. The clay are soft, but the best way to make it is break in sections sculpting.
