Did this while working on Torchlight 2 including the quest idea..It ended up being used as a sidequest, but minus the original mech and NPC, argh!The concept shows the mech in a half finished state (Missing his legs).
Cultist side quest:
-Enclave cultist NPC (Nox) requests
aid recovering pieces of an elder warmachine
-Pieces scattered throughout world Act 1-3
-Successful recovery results in acquisition of Ancient mech pet towards end of act 3, beginning of 4.

Incredible mecha-golem! Such a great drawing style you have, kinda cartoony, kinda realistic, and very pleasing to the eye.
And it fits the world of Torchlight perfectly, too
