Just thought I'd give a shot at drawing the main antagonists of Batman: The Telltale series, The Children of Arkham! On the Right we got Oswald Cobblepot AKA The Penguin, and on the right we got the masked leader. I think the re-imagined Penguin is an interesting budguy, and I have some theories about who the leader is. My number one top theory is that he might be a pre-disfigured Joker. I mean, doesn't the mouth on that mask, look slightly like a smile?
The Penguin belongs to DC comics.
The Children of Arkham belongs to DC comics/Telltale games.

Not playing the game itself, but the characters sure are interesting, especially the leader
I think everyone is already playing riddler and finding out who he is... and who not!
Truthfully, my best bet is either Anarky or Scarecrow, though I assume it's gonna be a stronger plot than we know at this point anyway.

I don't think the leader is Joker.
I mean, he's definitely theatrical enough, but he seems too serious.

I said Pre-disfigured joker. This game clearly takes place early in batman's career, as this is batman's first meeting wit The Penguin and catwoman, and most likely the first meeting with the joker. Maybe somewhere down the road, the leader will become the joker, and become less serious. besides, its not the first time the joker has acted serious while wearing a disguise. Like Batman: Arkham origins, he acted serious when pretended to be Black mask.

Although, after rewatching a let's play of Arkham Origins, I noticed that many times Joker's personality leaked out while he was playing Black Mask.

And with the arkham leader, he is theatrical like the joker, and his mask has a slight smile! We just need to wait and see. there is nothing that confirms that the arkham leader isn't the joker.

Well, the telltale games had interesting designs. And with the story backing it up, I am curious as to whom else we'll see and which look they'll have, and what their roles are.
