Dr Starline as he appears in my personal Scurvyverse.Starline is an associate of the Eggman Empire, having provided them with support on different occasions, but he isn't a direct member. He is an expert of mystical items including his own Warp Topaz. Nobody really knows what his goals are as he is someone who also keeps his cards close to the chest.
