Synopsis: Proceeding from the events in Horizon - The Chase for Liberation, Chase and her counterpart, Kayo, travel Horizon to unravel the mysteries of the Psiono-Genesis Experiments and its subjects known as Psionogen. These experiments were remnants of the time when Tetra used to control Horizon and psionically gifted inhabitants known as Psions. While they visit the abandoned laboratories around the world, they hoped to find a link to the Horizon Unification Chamber, a hypothetical machine capable of bringing Horizon's floating land back into the solid planet it once was.

However, as one clue led to the next, they began discovering more about Horizon's darker side. As they pursue the mysteries, a lurking presence follows and watches from the ends of Horizon, waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike and destroy all that Chase and Kayo love and protect. Will they be able to stop the darkness?
