Description CLASS: Insectoid.

Fusion of a human with a stink bug. Frequently mistaken for a variety of Plazm, this monster secretes and controls a thick cocoon of its own semi-living gelatinous waste, which smells unbelievably foul and serves as the creature's outer body. Omnivorous, it sucks plants and animals into its rancid casing and injects them with digestive enzymes from its razor-sharp proboscis. It may keep prey alive for days or even weeks in a bubble of its dense jelly, feeding periodically.

In the wilderness, multiple Bugpie may combine their outer bodies to become a greater colonial organism.

ART STUFF:
I actually came up with this design before I ever decided what sort of insect it would come from, and though it's clearly some kind of spittlebug monster, I opted for something a little more universal and called it a stinkbug.

great pose, I have to say, you should do some non-insectoid ones again, or reptilian ones

Bugpie! I love this one's name. "Semi-living gelatinous waste"? That is just nasty.

I remember having a children's book of unusual insect adaptations when I was small, and the froghopper's nymph stage always captured me. I like what you've done with it here. I'm also enjoying the art notes you've started adding. Keep up the great work!
