Have you tried using this method off-center to see if you get a little flow to the skirt? I'm debating trying the strips method with that, to get uneven long trails...

I swear one of these days I will get around to trying it. I'm just thinking if you varied how close to the center the knot is, and don't stuff it too tight, it might give a light fluffy and damn it why didn't I think of this sooner when I was trying to make fairy clothing >_<
