I always felt that this poor girl had to "mother" everyone in dragon age 2. Possibly the only responsible character out of all your party members, I always considered her my Hawke's older and wiser sister.

Can't argue about the fact Aveline does seem kind of an old sister for the DA2 gang throughout most of the game (ok, she gets a bit lightheaded when trying to capture Donnic's attention, but I can forgive her
